U-Haul has proposed to expand its business at 1575 Bayshore Boulevard in Silver Terrace, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new warehouse building on the northwest corner of the existing property lot.
The project site is a U-Haul property spanning an area of 6.3 acres. The project includes the addition of a new warehouse building measuring an area of 17,022 square feet toward the northeast corner of the property. The new warehouse will be used for the production and distribution of U-box containers.

The warehouse facade will rise to a height of 50 feet. The proposed addition will allow U-Haul to continue providing a valuable moving service to the community.
The project plans have been submitted and are pending approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
