A new residential project will soon be seen developing at the site of 1601 Alemany Boulevard in Excelsior, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story building offering residential spaces and onsite amenities. Plans call for the demolition of an existing single-story dental office on the site.
MH is responsible for the design concepts.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 4,900 square feet. The project proposal also includes a lot split and the development of a residential building, offering a total of 12 units. Six of the units will be apartments and six will be additional dwelling units (ADU). The building will rise to a height of 30 feet.
The project application has been submitted and is pending a review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site sits in the Excelsior neighborhood, served by MUNI bus lines 14, 14R, and 49.
