Berkland Foundation Inc is the property owner. Trachtenberg Architects is responsible for the resigns.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.36 acres. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story, mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces with ground level lobbies. The project also includes the removal of existing non-landmarked structure.
A project application has been submitted. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
