Development permits have bee filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 426-433 Page Street in San Jose. The project proposal includes the demolition of two duplexes on the site and construction of a new four-story residence.
Page I Estate LLC is listed as the owner.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.41 acres. The scope of work includes the demolition of two duplexes and the removal of seven trees, including five ordinance-size trees, for the construction of a four-story multi-family residential building. The residential building will span an area of 26,882 square feet offering 20 dwelling units.
Out of the total residential units, the project will provide three units restricted to very-low-income households subject to the State Density Bonus Law. Other than residential units, a one-story community room and a covered breezeway are also proposed for development.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
