A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1985 North 3rd Street in Concord. The project proposal includes the construction of a new multifamily residential complex comprising of two three-story buildings offering four residential units each.
Win Structural Engineering is listed as the project applicant. Banducci Associates Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.17 acres. The scope of work includes the development of a residential complex comprising two three-story buildings offering four multifamily residential units each. The units are similarly sized, ranging from 2,108 to 2,167 square feet featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two-car garages with private open space provided on patios and balconies. The project would also include a shared guest parking space and interior motor court, as well as full frontage improvements including curb, gutter and sidewalk.

The project application also requests the approval of a tree removal permit to remove a multi-trunk coast live oak tree and olive tree on the site. Landscaping is proposed along the front and rear of the site and within the common motor court area at the center of the site.
A project review meeting has been scheduled today ay 06:30 pm, details of joining can be found here. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
