Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 2234 92nd Avenue in Castlemont, Oakland. The project proposal includes the conversion of a single-family residence into a four-unit residential complex.
FraSSa Quality Construction is listed as the project applicant.
The project site spans an area of 5,000 square feet. The scope of work includes the conversion of an existing single-family residence into a four-unit apartment building. The existing single-family residence spans an area of 840 square feet and features a two-bedroom two-bathroom floor plan. The new building will rise to a height of 26 feet and yield a total built-up area of 1,306 square feet.
A design review session has been requested. The City Planning Commission will review the proposal to create 3 additional residential units. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
