Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 508 Solons Alley in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story residential building offering two main residences and two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), for a total of four units.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new two-story duplex residence with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) spanning an area of 1,194 square feet. Upon construction, each floor will span an area of 597 square feet. The residence will feature four two-bedroom two-bathroom units.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. More information on the project team is yet to be revealed. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
