Permits have been filed for a residential infill project at 6650 Belleau Wood Lane in the Freeport Manor neighborhood of southern Sacramento. The proposal looks to bring 23 units and office space to the triangular parcel. Moti Pal is responsible for the project application filing through Sea Dog LLC.

The proposal includes two 32-foot tall structures yielding around 17,350 square feet, including 23 two-bedroom units and one office space. Parking will be included for 25 cars with an on-site surface parking lot.
Architects SF is responsible for the design, which is primarily comprised of a stucco-clad apartment complex. The complex will feature streamlined residential vernacular, with the cross-gabled shingle roof and an exterior punctuated with private terraces.

The roughly 0.72-acre property is located along Belleau Wood Lane, near Freeport Boulevard and the Charlie Jensen Park. Future residents will likely benefit from being aviation enthusiasts, as the property is in view of the southern end of the Sacramento Executive Airport runway.
M&N Investment Properties Inc. is listed as the property owner. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
