Planning permits have been filed for a potential mixed-use infill at 4217 Winters Street in Northern Sacramento. The project will add 42 single-family homes and a mixed-use corner complex to an existing empty lot. McClellan Business Park LLC is listed as the property owner.

Preliminary plans provide a bare overview of how the open field will be redeveloped, including 42 homes and a 0.73-acre corner of mixed-use zoning, where housing and commercial space can be built. Further information has not been included.

McClellan Park is a former Air Force Base that has been transformed into an industrial district. Much of the area to the east and south of the remaining airport is dominated by commercial real estate, with the park led by MBP Ventures LLC, LDK Capital LLC, and Industrial Realty Group.

The 4.57-acre property is located at the corner of Winters Street and Rene Avenue, just south of the Sacramento McClellan Airport. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
