Sunset & Annex is responsible for the application and design. Renderings show a contemporary style with a top-floor setback and backyard. The facade will be clad in smooth-tone stucco and wood-composite cladding.

The roughly 34-foot-tall structure will span around 3,060 square feet, including a one-car garage and backyard. The vacant lot is located along Vienna Street between Avalon Avenue and Peru Avenue. The site is just a couple of blocks from McLaren Park, and a ten-minute bicycle ride away from the Glen Park BART Station.
