Formal plans have been filed for a six-story apartment complex at 3000 T Street in Sacramento’s Alhambra Triangle neighborhood. The project will produce 28 apartments on a surface parking lot. Anchor Real Estate Investments is listed as the property owner.
The roughly 75-foot-tall structure is expected to yield around 28,800 square feet, including some affordable units to lower-income and moderate-income households. The latest application shows the team is pursuing a reduction in overall capacity to 28 units, down from the previously proposed 33-unit complex.

Anchor Real Estate is planning to subdivide an existing parcel to split a two-story office complex and associated surface parking. In 2024, Turton Commercial Real Estate filed plans to convert the two-story office structure into a ten-unit apartment complex.
CRKW Studio drafted previous plans. The latest application does not provide a plan set or updated renderings for the building.
The 0.3-acre site is located at the northern point of a sprawling intersection of Highway 50 and Highway 99. Future residents will be close to several restaurants and shops in Newton Booth, North Oak Park, and East Sacramento.
The estimated cost and timeline for construction have not yet been shared.
