Permits have been filed for the construction of a new multifamily structure located at 247 Upper Terrace in the neighborhood of Corona Heights, San Francisco. The site is along a winding road on a small mountain. Nearby transit access is offered to MUNI Light Rail via the station at Carl Street and Cole Street.
The permit calls for the construction of a four-story, two-family structure. The building will also include a basement. Upper Terrace consists of many Multifamily structures, so the addition of a new one won’t be out of place.
Demolition permits have not yet been filed for the existing two-story single-family structure.
The building will have an estimated construction cost of $750,000. An estimated construction timeline and the completion date is not known.
