Permits have been submitted seeking the reviewal of floor plans designed for three residences in Fifth Avenue, Sacramento. The site addresses are 2335, 2327, 2343 Fifth Avenue. The project proposal includes three single-family residences with garage space. The landscaping for this project is required to comply with the city’s Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance.
Black Pine Builders Inc is the project developer.
The project site includes three parcels spanning 7,000 square feet. All three residences are two-story single-family houses with a 97 square-foot covered porch. The first floor spans across an area of 924 square feet and the second floor covers an area of 1270 square feet. The residences will feature a garage space of 420 square feet. The houses consist of three bedrooms and three bathrooms each.
The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet. The property site has a few under-construction residences and is located near many grocery stores. McClatchy School Park and California School Park are also located nearby.
