CEQA-Exemption Granted to 675-685 East Middlefield Road, Mountain View
The City of Mountain View has approved a large mixed-use masterplan development at 675-685 East Middlefield Road within the East Whisman Precise Plan. The proposal would replace an existing low-slung office with a six-story office block and over eight hundred apartments. San Mateo-based Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project developer.
