Permits have been filed to renovate an existing industrial structure into a performing arts space at 262 7th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The conversion would add a gallery space and theater, contributing to the SOMA Pilipinas cultural district. The development is led by a partnership with the Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center and Kularts.
