Demolition Permits Filed for Portion of CityView Mega-Development in Downtown San Jose

Demolition permits have been filed for a portion of CityView Mega development in downtown San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a tech office campus at 170 Park Center Plaza, featuring retail and office space. Plans call for the demolition of existing buildings and the removal of twenty threes. Jay Paul Company is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

Concrete Rising to Street Level for 200 Park Avenue, Downtown San Jose

Construction is reaching a milestone for 200 Park Avenue, a major office tower rising in Downtown San Jose. Concrete has reached street level, with steel soon to rise toward the 300-foot pinnacle. Once complete, the project will add 840,000 square feet of rentable office space to the Silicon Valley market. The prolific Jay Paul Company is responsible for the development.

Updated Plan For Moffett Park Specific Plan, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County

The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has reviewed updated plans for the Moffett Park Specific Plan. The proposal could bring between 16,000 to 20,000 new residential units and millions of square feet of new office space to 1,156 acres beside the Moffett Federal Airfield and Moffett Field golf course. The proposal would impact land primarily owned by Google, Jay Paul Co., and Lockheed Martin.

Progress At 200 Park Avenue, San Jose’s Future Tallest Office Building

Construction is moving forward at 200 Park Avenue, one of San Jose’s biggest new office developments. Excavation appears to have bottomed out less than a year after its 2019 ground-breaking. Once complete, it will stand as the tallest office building in the city, and extension of San Jose’s downtown core.
