The project proposal includes the development of market rate multi-family residential development with onsite amenities and parking on a vacant site. Alleghany Properties, LLC is the property owner. Kephart Architects is the responsible for the designs.

The project proposal includes a request for land use entitlements to construct a 266-unit apartment complex on an approximately 12.7-acre parcel. The project is proposed by the Spanos Companies.

This is a part of a larger project at 3701 and 3811 E Commerce Way and will be executed in two phases. The entire project includes seven four-story residential buildings and 360 parking spaces, including covered, uncovered, and individual garage spaces. AG Spanos Companies is the developer, and Kephart is the architect managing the project.
