New Medical Facility for Bayer Reviewed at 800 Dwight Way, Southwest Berkeley
Berkeley’s Design Review Committee is expected to approve a new three-story medical facility at 800 Dwight Way, just blocks from the waterfront Aquatic Park in industrial Southwest Berkeley. The project, dubbed Building 69, is to house phases two and three of Bayer’s Cell Culture Technology Center. PM Group is responsible for the design and project management.
