Large-Scale Condominium Project Proposed For Manzanita Park Project In Morgan Hill

A new large-scale residential project has been proposed for Manzanita Park Project in Morgan Hill. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential condominium development spread across 12 three-story buildings. Currently, the site is undeveloped and comprised primarily of previously disturbed grassland. Trees are not located on-site. North Corridor Investors LLC is the project applicant.

Commission Approves Magnolias Affordable Housing in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County

The City of Morgan Hill Planning Commission has voted to approve the Magnolias Affordable Housing project, bringing new affordable housing to the affluent small city in the southern reaches of Santa Clara County. The five-story project would create 66 new homes at 17965 Monterey Road, within walking distance of the town’s central retail hub and Caltrain station. First Community Housing is the project developer.
