Permits Filed for The Mill at Broadway at 2570 3rd Street, Upper Land Park, Sacramento
Permits have been filed for six three-story residential buildings around 2570 3rd Street in the Northern corner of the Upper Land Park neighborhood, Sacramento. If approved, these permits will add 216 new units to the area. This will be a part of the final phase of Mill at Broadway, a development by Bardis Homes.
