Permits have been filed for the construction of a single-family dwelling at 40 Nevada Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. Access to the Bernal Heights Park is available just a few lots up the street. This means plenty of recreational space and views of the central business district for future residents. The developer for the project is not known.

The proposed structure will stand three floors tall. It will include a basement, which offers extra space for future residents of the building, most likely a family, given its price, size, and location. It will be a detached structure given the location and shape of its only neighboring just down the hill. Construction is estimated to cost $476,000.

The Muni Metro station located at San Jose Avenue and Randall street is within walking distance. This proximity to the Muni station will afford the single-family access to the city center and other neighborhoods through public transit.

The estimated completion time is not yet known.
