Permits have approved a new construction on 2312 Vicente Street, Sunset Boulevard, San Francisco. The project site is 54.5 feet by 75 feet rectangular lot located on a block bounded by Vicente Street 35th Ave, Ulloa Street, and 34th Ave. Currently, the plot holds a 1-story church built-in 1950. The proposed project would demolish the existing church, subdivide the lot into two 2,043.75 square feet parcels and construct a 3-unit building on each lot. Schaub Ly Architects is managing the project.

Each proposed building is approximately 5,823 square feet with a 40- foot tall elevation featuring four stories. The ground floor will have a three-car parking garage with three bicycle parking slots. The second floor will feature one flat with three bedrooms and two baths. The third and fourth floors will have two townhouse units, with three bedrooms and three baths per unit.

An open space is provided at the rear yard along with a common roof deck.

The site is serviced by LBUS and MUNI 29 and is nine minutes away from Taraval St & 32nd Ave MUNI bus stop. Both Ocean Beach and Lake Merced Park are 0.8 miles away, and the San Francisco Zoo is 19 minutes away by foot.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.
