Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of adding twelve new single-family residences at Laurel Ranch, 4925 Laurel Drive in Concord, Contra Costa County. Laurel Ranch is a single-family home development featuring country-style living spaces. Focus Realty Services is the developer invested in the project. Lenox Homes is managing the design plans and construction.

The residences will be presented as two options; lot sizes and architectural plans. The first option has a total floor area of 7,764 square feet. The total built-up floor area is 3,055 square feet. The second option will feature a total floor area of 6,829 square feet and a total built-up area of 2,650 square feet. The residences will also include open spaces, a gourmet kitchen, and other amenities that the existing houses offer in the ranch. The houses feature four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and lavish garden spaces.
The total job value of the project is estimated at $445,451. The anticipated date of project completion has not been revealed yet.
The property site is located in a residential area on Laurel Drive, Concord. Residents have access to various restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores; all are a 10-minute drive away. Concord is the largest city in Contra Costa County, situated 39 miles northeast of San Francisco. It is named as one of the world’s top ten places to retire by Conde Nast Traveler.
