A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a residential project at 110 Constitution Drive in Bayfront, Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the demolition of two industrial buildings and the construction of an apartment building.
Greystar is developing the project.
The property site combines three parcels into a 3.2-acre lot. The new multifamily residential development will bring 335 residential apartment units within a seven-story building. Named Menlo Portal, the apartment building will comprise a double-story above-ground parking garage. The apartments will be offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The average built-up area of the units ranges from 570 square feet to 2,600 square feet. Landscaped open areas will also be developed on the site for the residents.

The project will also bring a separate office building measuring 34,868 square feet and 1,600 square feet of community amenity space.
Once approved, the construction timeline estimates project completion is 2023.
The property site is located near San Francisco International, a 24-minute drive away. Other nearby airports include San José International and Oakland International.
