New illustrations have been published with revised plans for an additional home at 1651 Treat Avenue in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The detached structure would be built on an undeveloped portion of the parcel facing Ripley Street. San Francisco-based Ross Levy of Levy Art and Architecture is listed as the property owner and managing the design.
The property is located on the northern side of Bernal Heights, a short hiking destination in San Francisco with spectacular views of SoMa and the Financial District. The future household at 1651 Treat Avenue will find themselves just about half a block from the Bernal Heights parking lot park entrance.
The proposed Ripley Street house will contain 1,600 square feet of conditioned area along with a 200 square foot garage and 610 square foot roof deck. The home would include three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a garage for one vehicle on-site.
City records show Ross Levy purchased 1651 Treat in 2019 for $1.8 million. The site is less than twenty minutes away from the 24th Street BART Station on foot.
