A preliminary application has been submitted to review a proposed residential project on Carroll Street in Ivy Hill, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a mini-lot development on an existing up-slope vacant lot.
Zachary Heineman is the project applicant. Team Projects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 5,454 square feet. The project will bring a mini-lot development with nine units. The residences are offered as a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with two bathrooms attached. The total floor area of the units ranges from 750 square feet to 1700 square feet. The building facade will rise to a height of six stories. Garage space with a capacity of four vehicles will be planned on the site.
The project is under the review stage and awaits approval from the City Planning Commission of Oakland. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
