Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 1310 C Street in Mansion Flats, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of sixteen three-story single-family townhomes with balconies.

Next Generation Capital (NGC) is the project developer.

The project site comprises of two parcels merged into one lot spanning an area of 0.58 acres. Named Icon@13&C, the project proposes to bring sixteen townhomes with two-car garages, second-floor balconies, and rooftop deck. Half of the homes will be designed facing C street and the other half facing Chinatown Alley.

The project is under review and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

The project site is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of C and 13th Streets. The project will sit next to another apartment complex named Icon@14&C.
