Planned unit development permit and development review permit have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 294-296 Tyrella Avenue in Mountain View. The project proposal includes the development of eleven rowhouses, replacing an existing single-family home on the site.
Tower Investment is the project applicant. Berry & Associates is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Michael Arnone & Associates is the landscape architect.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.52 acres. The project proses to bring eleven rowhouses. Two common spaces are provided with a mix of onsite amenities. Parking space with a capacity of 25 vehicles will be developed on the site for residents and guests. Landscaped area spanning a total of 11,499 square feet will be designed on the site.
The project is under review and a City Council Public Hearing has been scheduled on November 16, 2021. An estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site is located on the southwest corner of Tyrella Avenue and East Middlefield Road.
