Development permits have benefited seeking the approval of a residential project at 125 Camille Court in Alamo, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the development of a new two-story single-family residence on a vacant property lot.
The project will bring a new two-story residence for single-family use to a vacant project site. The proposed construction will yield a residential space of 7,900 square feet. The residence will include a a garage, covered porch, and loggia. The property will also include 5,799 square feet of conditioned area.
The project application has been submitted and is pending approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
