The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 3,485 square feet. The project will bring a new duplex consisting of two units. The first unit will be developed with a two-bedroom one-bathroom plan and the second unit will be designed with a three-bedroom two-bathroom plan. The property will also feature a one-car garage.

Renderings reveal an exterior designed in sidings with stucco and comp roof finish. The applications have been submitted and the project awaits approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
