A new residential project has been proposed at 1240 Stanyan Street in Ashbury Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story residential building. Plans call for the demolition of an existing two-story residence for the new development to happen.
Gary + Bell Associates is the project applicant. Aidlin Darling Design is responsible for the design concepts.

The project will bring a new three-story residential building offering two units.
The project application has been submitted and the project awaits a review meeting. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
