Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new multi-unit residential project at 2549 Arena Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of 12 three-story bubuildingsilding offering residential units.
The project site is composed of six vacant parcels totaling an area of 7.97 acres. Named Arena Brownstone Living, the project will construct 12 three-story buildings offering a total of 282 condominium units. The total residential built-up space will be 368,128 square feet.
Project applications have been submitted and the project awaits a design, site plan, and tentative map review. The construction timeline has not been announced yet.
