A new affordable residential project has been proposed for development at 2574 Beaumont Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story low-income housing project with affordable housing units and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
Steele Holdings LLC is the property owner. Infinity Designs is responsible for the design concepts.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.24 acres. The project will bring a new low-income housing project consisting of nine units. The applicant is proposing seven new units on top of the existing two exisiting dwelling units. Additionally, two ADUs spanning an area of 540 square feet have also been proposed. These units will be set aside as affordable housing units offered at 81% of the area’s median income.
The project application has been submitted and is awaiting review from Sacramento Planning Commission. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
