Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 3555 Pacific Avenue in Presidio Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a single-family house with basement.
Walker Moody Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

The project will construct a single-family home rising to three stories with two levels of basement space. Plans call for the demolition of a two-story no basement single-family dwelling on the site.
The cost of construction is estimated at $2,200,000. A construction timeline has not been assigned yet.
