Reuben, Junius & Rose LLP is the project applicant. Dumican Mosey Architects is responsible for the designs.

The subject property is located at Museum Way and is a vacant, steep-sloping lot measuring 25 feet x 125 feet. The project will construct two new modestly-sized dwelling units, each under 2,500 square feet. Each will function as a single-family dwelling unit within a two-unit development. The project will also feature usable outdoor spaces that have a strong connection to the living spaces.

The proposed project is located directly adjacent to one of the groups of buildings fronting Museum Way, with the proposed building site so that it fronts Museum Way.
The project application has been submitted for review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
