Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential development proposed at 2221 Fifth Street in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-unit condominiums on an empty parcel.
John Stolurow is the property owner and project applicant.
The project site is a vacant parcel spanning an area of 5,640 square feet. The project proposes to establish three detached dwelling units totaling an area of 6,790 square feet. The project will bring three detached three-story buildings consisting of three units. Each of the buildings is an independent unit. Parking for three vehicles has been proposed on the site. The residential units will be offered as three-bedroom 2.5-bathroom units.
The project application has been submitted for design and zoning reviews. An estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
