A new residential project has been proposed for development of 2740 McAllister Street in Lone Mountain, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story residential building. Plans call for the demolition of the exisiting building on the site.

Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects Inc is responsible for the design concepts.

The project will bring a four-story building featuring three dwelling units. The dwelling units will be offered as three-bedroom apartments. Two bicycle and one vehicle parking space will be developed on the site.

The project application has been filed and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
