A new residential project has been proposed for development at 4850 Harwood Road in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story housing building, replacing an old storefront retail building on the site that was constructed in 1962.
Affirmed Housing Group is the project applicant.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 21,605 square feet. Preliminary review permits have been filed, seeking the approval of a housing project offering 81 residential units. The housing tower will offer both market-rate and affordable units.
The project applicant is utilizing SB35 ministerial process in which a development is automatically approved if it conforms to local zoning regulations and state laws.
