A remodeling project proposal has been submitted for a residence located at 1718 Great Highway in Outer Sunset, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the remodeling of the existing infill development on the site
Studio 22 Design is responsible for the design concepts.
The project proposes to add stairs and landings at the rear end of the building. The building rises to a height of 27 feet. The residence currently spans an area of 3,756 square feet, and the addition will span an area of 179 square feet. The residence has two bedrooms. The building has usable open space measuring 1,115 square feet. There are two off-site vehicle parking and four off-site bicycle parking spaces.
The project application has been submitted, and the estimated project timeline has not been released yet.
