A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2930 San Bruno Avenue in Portola, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story residence. Dong Liang is the project applicant and architect.
The project parcel spans an area of 4,000 square feet. The project will construct a new three-story duplex consisting of two dwellings. The building will be a type V construction without basement.

The residence will yield a total built-up area spanning 5,106 square feet. The first unit will span an area of 2,256 square feet and the second unit will span an area of 1,756 square feet.
The project applications have been submitted for review, and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
