Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 1230 Revere Avenue in Hunters Point, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential building with two units and one new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
Syncopated Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2,500 square feet. The project will bring a new three-story residential building offering two family units and one ADU on the ground floor. The ground, first, and second floors will span an area of 826 square feet, 1,288 square feet, and 1,232 square feet respectively.
The building will rise to a height of 33 feet. The building will yield a total residential built-up area spanning 3,537 square feet.
Project applications have been submitted for review, and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
