Preliminary permit has been submitted seeking the approval of a hotel development at 2270 Del Paso Road in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story hotel.
The project site consists of two parcels spanning two acres. The project will bring a four-story hotel with 122 rooms. Interiors spaces will include a lobby area, meeting room, laundry room, fitness room and public restrooms/locker area. The project also proposes site developments on the project site. The building will span a built-up area of 87,120 square feet.
The project application has been submitted for review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
