A new multi-family residential project has been proposed for development at 6170 High Street in Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family residential project offering 30 units.
The project will bring a new three-story multi-family residential building in type VA construction. The building will yield a total residential built-up area of 30,640 square feet. The building will offer 30 residential units.
The cost of construction is estimated at $4 million. The project application has been submitted and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
