A new residential project has been proposed for construction at 707 Commons Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of seven buildings offering 25 dwellings on a site, replacing an old office building slated for demolition.
RBM Commons LLC is the property owner. BSB Design will handle project architecture.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.09 acres. The project will construct seven residential buildings offering 25 multi-family units. Each of the residences will feature two-car garages and landscaped open spaces.
The project application has been submitted and requires the approval of a tentative map, site plan and design review, building demolition, new buildings, and site improvements. A tree permit for the removal of private protected trees is also requested.
The site is within the Office Business Low-Rise Mixed-Use (OB-PUD) zone and the Campus Commons Planned Unit Development (PUD). The project construction timeline has not been announced yet.
