Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 25 Howe Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential building from an existing hotel.
The project involves the conversion of a hotel into a multi-family residential building. The project will clear a hotel featuring 101 rooms on the site and bring a multi-family residential building offering 70 dwelling units.
The proposed project is deemed consistent in accordance with the streamlining provision of Assembly Bill 83 and the State of California Homekey Program.
