Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential community proposed for development at 3141 W Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a duplex housing community consisting of two-story detached duplexes within eight buildings.
Ibex Ventures LLC is the project developer. Local Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.22 acres. The project proposes to bring 16 units and 2 Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on a vacant site. One dwelling unit will be income restricted. All units will be feature similar interiors and facades designs.

This is a privately funded project. No parking has been proposed on the site. A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval of design, site plan, and improvements. The estimated project construction timeline has not been announced yet.
