Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 1850 Berryman Street in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential building on a vacant property lot.
GEHL Design Build is responsible for the designs.
The project will bring a residential building featuring three units. The project site was recently split form LM site at 1300 Martin Luther King Boulevard. The project site is located near various convenience stores, restaurants, schools, and parks.
