A project review meeting has been scheduled for a 1 West Orange Avenue in South San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new aquatic center at Orange Memorial Park. An existing aquatic center is slated for demolition under the same permit.
ELS Architecture & Design LLC is responsible for the designs. BFK Engineers is the civil engineer on the project. SWA is responsible for the landscape design.

The aquatics center will be constructed within the existing Orange Memorial Park at the corner of Tennis Drive and Orange Avenue. The scope of the project includes a new building with indoor pool, outdoor swimming pool, and sitework. The outdoor pool will span an area of 6,226 square feet and the indoor pool will span an area of 5,430 square feet. Amenities include eight showers for both male and female, along with five lavatories for male and female.
