The project will replace a single-story strip mall along South Delaware Street with over a hundred units, including twenty affordable apartments. Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project developer.
New building permits have been filed for the first three structures within the UCSF Laurel Heights campus redevelopment, dubbed the Presidio Highlands, at 3333 California Street, San Francisco. The recent filings look to add 152 residential units, a fifth of the full build-out expected for the former educational space. Prado Group is responsible for the development.

The project, named Laurel Landing, will bring eight larger apartments to a vacant lot close to the Belle Haven community center. Habitat for Humanity is developing the project, with MidPen Housing listed as the property owner.

The substantial proposal could produce over two hundred apartments near the city’s border with Belmont. The Belmont-based real estate investment and management firm, McLellan Company, is responsible for the application.

The proposal seeks to replace a single-story office campus with two five-story life sciences buildings and two multi-level garages. MetLife Investment Management is the project applicant.
