The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has recommended approval for plans to replace surface parking next to a two-story office complex with housing at 1150 Kifer Road by Lawrence Station. The eight-story proposal will add over two hundred apartments to a growing hub in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara along Kifer Road and around the Lawrence Caltrain Station. Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project applicant.

Increased plans have been submitted for an eight-story apartment complex at 842 California Street on Nob Hill, San Francisco. The new proposal, now two floors taller, will create 30 for-ownership apartments with four moderately affordable units. Acme Development is responsible for the application as project sponsor.
Construction work has topped out with facade installation nearly complete for the four-story life science project at 777 Industrial Road in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The project rose quickly since our prior coverage in June last year when demolition had finished for everything but a single floor for adaptive reuse. Presidio Bay Ventures is the project developer, and W.L. Butler is the general contractor.
